Hello “DJ” Peoples,

As we just passed the half-way mark on 2013, there are some wonderful experiences and events to reflect upon, as well as some significant changes and enhancements that DJPeoples has implemented to make all of our experiences better, and opportunities broadened.

Highlights: Our relationships with Bloomingdales and Macy’s is growing and expanding. We are evolving from doing local events, to more regional events, that will ultimately lead to national event campaigns. Marc and I are very hands on with the PR, Special Event and Marketing Managers in all the stores and our personal relationships with these retail giants are extremely solid. DJPeoples provided all the production for the “Fashion for Justice” runway show at Macy’s Millennia in Orlando. DJ Fresh (Tampa) came in to provide the great music and sounds for this sold-out and highly successful fundraiser.

Over the past months we have helped in opening several new stores for “7 For-All-Mankind” in Miami, NY, Detroit, Dallas and Orlando. Each of these private, V.I.P. events went very well. DJs Steve, Jonny5, and Knex, who were selected by our client with our guidance, were all spot-on. More events are coming our way. Additionally we continue to knock it out of the park with the Guess brands. Thanks to all of you, our regularly scheduled G by Guess and Guess Factory events have been tremendous. The feedback we have received from the stores is as good as it ever was and the consistency of all the positive feedback is better than ever.

Memorial Day Weekend was a special four days for DJPeoples. We provided four of our beautiful and talented female DJs for the opening of the first ever Guess Men’s Shop, which was launched in Miami. DJ Romi (Orlando), DJ Blondie (Palm City), DJ Jana (Ft. Lauderdale) and DJ Grace Jones (Miami) all performed, and enriched the Grand Opening with beauty, talent and style, befitting the Guess and DJPeoples brand. Growth: Thanks in part to all of you, DJPeoples is growing. Organically and through our marketing and promotional efforts, we are sustaining a perfect balance. We’ve re-branded our company with the re-launch of our www.djpeoples.com site as well as the development and creation of our new Look Book, and the launch of our new business web-sites, www.superstardjsearch.com , www.thenextstardj.com, and www.djrepresent.com . We are collectively moving full speed ahead, as our vision constantly stays one step ahead of our pace.

Our DJs and their talents continue to impress us all. From your individual achievements that you graciously share with us, to the events and challenges we offer you, you eagerly take on any and every task at hand as our ambassadors of this art form, and representatives of DJPeoples. Since January, we have added more than 100 new DJs to our national talent roster. With our standards being as high as they are, this challenging endeavor has resulted in many talented, beautiful, diverse and appreciative DJs, who are paving the way for the continued evolution of the DJ culture, facilitated through DJPeoples. You all share in different parts of our visions and creative juices, and with your help going forward; we will continue to add top quality talent across the U.S. We will continue to work endlessly to bring in more clients, bigger events and offer opportunities to expand your craft, and line your pockets.

With the addition of new DJ talents, comes the expansion into new markets. While meeting DJPeoples standards is relatively easy in markets such as NY, LA, Miami and Vegas, finding the right look and talents in Houston, Cleveland, Charlotte and El Paso is not. The funny thing about our entry into new markets usually happens when one of our clients decides to do a store event in one of these places as a late hour addition, and we begin somewhat of a mad scramble to find the right DJ for the event. Much of our success under these circumstances is attributed to many of you, who provide us with a “friend of a friend” contact. For this, we thank you. Going forward, you may refer all new DJs to any of the websites mentioned above. Our referral program will still be in place, paying $25 for each new DJ after they perform their first event with us and another $50 once they complete three events.

Warmest Regards,

Scott Vegas
